We are Kate and Denise
and we each created and operate our own separate businesses-
Kate is the owner of The Lyon's Lair Antiques and Denise is the owner of Du Grenier {from the attic}.
We joined forces in January of 2016 to introduce this amazing new concept in antique and vintage furniture shopping. Our goal at The Marketplace on Main is to have our guests feel like they are at a friend's house- you know, that friend that has all the cool stuff displayed so perfectly? We strive for that comfortable, relaxed and inviting atmosphere and want our visitors to come in and explore the treasures we've found, check out how we display them and get inspired!
Although we are always available by appointment, we only open our doors to the public a handful of days each month. By purposely choosing a location that's a little hidden and our not so conventional store hours, we have created a true secret gem that once you stumble upon, you will make it a must visit every time!
